G40 ZrO2 ceramic ball is a ceramic ball product with high strength and hardness. The processes used in production include isostatic pressing and gas pressure sintering. It has higher hardness than stainless steel, and has stronger bending and pressure resistance, and can cope with some working conditions that may produce high pressure or impact.

G40 ZrO2 ceramic ball can withstand high temperatures, work stably in high temperature environments below 1000 degrees Celsius, and has little volume change. At the same time, it can also withstand strong alkalis, and can provide the required corrosion resistance for the chemical or medical industries.
