G100 440C Stainless Steel Ball is one of the types of 440C stainless steel balls that Condar can produce, with a grade of G100. We are a factory specializing in the production of steel balls for more than 20 years, with high product quality, complete production lines, and stable supply. Please feel free to contact us for inquiries.
G100 440C stainless steel ball has a slightly higher carbon content. After proper heat treatment, it can obtain a higher yield strength and a hardness of more than 58HRC. It is one of the harder stainless steels, magnetic, corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant and tough. The production process requires high requirements and the heat treatment process is complex. It is often used in high-precision products such as bearings, stamping/hydraulic parts, valves, seals, refrigeration equipment, aerospace, etc., and is called special steel.
Main specifications: 0.3mm-50.8mm, larger size steel balls can be customized;
