G5 Si3N4 ceramic balls, that is, silicon nitride ceramic balls, have good self-lubrication and can work normally in an environment without lubricating grease. Except for hydrofluoric acid, it does not react with other inorganic acids, has strong corrosion resistance, and can cope with more complex use and working environments.
Si3N4 ceramic balls have lighter weight and higher hardness, smaller friction coefficient and smaller gravity acceleration, so they produce less wear and extend the service life of the product. This type of ceramic ball is resistant to high temperatures and can work stably in an environment below 1200 degrees Celsius and maintain a small volume change.
